Patient Billing

  • For your convenience we will direct bill your dental insurance company on your behalf.  
  • For balances not covered by your dental insurance we accept Visa, MasterCard and Direct Debit. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
  • We can make arrangements for a monthly payment plan but this must be done prior to starting treatments.
  • If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at (604) 986-4141. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.
We do our best to obtain information regarding your dental insurance coverage as well as give detailed estimates for dental treatments.  Sometimes we are limited due to privacy policies, treatments billed out from other offices or undisclosed insurance policy rules etc…
We kindly as  that you  remember, you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
